App Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how iOS, iPadOS, and macOS apps developed by Sedat Onat handle user data.
Effective date: June 1, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to the following apps:
-
Albumize — Photo manager (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
-
Other apps published on the App Store by Sedat Onat
Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. Our apps are local apps that work without user registration or account creation:
-
We do not ask for username, email, phone, or identity information
-
Data processed in the app (photos, tags, albums, bookmarks, settings) never leaves your device
-
No data is sent to our servers
-
We do not use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
-
We do not use any ad network or marketing tracking
System Permissions
Our apps may request iOS/macOS system permissions for functionality (e.g., access to the Photos library). These permissions:
-
Are used only locally on your device
-
No user content is uploaded to our servers
-
Are managed via Apple's secure permission system
-
Can be revoked anytime via Settings > Privacy & Security
iCloud Sync (Optional)
If the user opts in, app metadata (tags, settings, bookmarks) may be synced between devices via the user's own iCloud account. This:
-
Happens via Apple's iCloud infrastructure — we are not involved
-
Is tied only to the user's Apple ID
-
Does not use any third-party server
-
Can be disabled by the user at any time
Children's Privacy
Our apps are rated 4+ and do not collect any information from child users.
Data Retention and Deletion
Since we collect no data, we have nothing to retain or delete. When you delete the app, all your local data is removed with your device.
Your Rights
All rights under KVKK (Turkey), GDPR (EU), and CCPA (California) are preserved. Since we collect no data, no further action is needed on your part. For questions or requests:
