Packout Quantity and Pitch Time

What is the Pack-out Quantity?

Pack-out Quantity refers to the number of units of a product or material in a particular package or box. It is used in Pitch Time Calculation.

What is Pitch Time?

Calculates the time required per operation.

Pitch Time = Takt Time x Pack-out Quantity

To explain with an example;

Takt Duration: 36 seconds

Pack-out Quantity: 20 pieces

Pitch Value: 720 seconds
